"Are you hiring?"

Easily our most asked question, but no, we are not hiring at this time.

"How long will it take to get it done?"

We can turn around most work within 24 hours, depending on the project.

"How many pages do you type an hour?"

On average, it takes about one hour to type six (6) pages. This can change based on the quality of the recording that we receive.

"How do I get the recording/work to you?"

If it's a digital recording you can send it to us by e-mail. If it's a physical recording a messenger can be arranged to pick it up and deliver it. You're always welcome to come in and drop it off yourself during our business hours also.

"How do I get my finished work?"

We can send it back to you digitally through e-mail, or mail it. If you need it quickly we can schedule a messenger or you're welcome to pick it up.

"Where are you located?"

We're in the heart of Lincoln Park, just north of the Loop.

"I need this right now, can I have it done priority?"

If you need the work done immediately and cannot wait you can have it done rush priority, however there is an additional charge with this.

"Is there a preferred media?"

Digital recordings work best. More than one person can work on them, and we can get them quicker, which means we get them done and your work back to you sooner.
